Hello Stampers,
I hope this finds you having a GREAT day and I hope everyone had a Great Easter Weekend.
We have had some good days here. My grandmother is having a good day today. Allie is on spring break so we have been cleaning out closets, and she has been cleaning her room (very slowly).
I wanted to share a picture of her that I took on Easter Morning on her way to church with friends. She is my baby that has grown up to a beautiful young lady...

I took this pic in front of our neighbors house due to their beautiful flowers. This is also the same outfit that she will where to my sisters wedding next weekend. My pretty little girl!! I love her so!
Okay---now to cards. Here are some cards that I made for a Mother's Day Swap that I am doing. This is the one that I am sending into the swap. I think it turned out so cute!
This card is is the same, just with different ribbon...due to using a whole roll of the SAB certainly celery ribbon. I made extra Mother's Day Cards for my mom and a few friends that I send Mothers day cards to.
Recipe for Mother's Day Cards (all supplies SU)
Stamps: Blooming with Love
Cardstock: almost amethyst, barely banana, pretty in pink
Designer Paper: tea party
Ribbon: certainly celery (SAB catalog)
Markers: certainly celery, pretty in pink, green galore,
lavender lace, pixie pink
Hope you enjoyed my cards! I will see you tomorrow with some friendship cards that I am making for another swap that I am in.
Remember to make something for yourself this week!
Blessings til tomorrow!

Hello Stampers!
I hope this finds all of you having a Happy Easter!
I wanted to show you want I have been working on this week. I have had so much fun making this baskets. I got the pattern from here at http://stampinalabama.blogspot.com

Here is a basket that I have candy and eggs in for a friend.

Here is a pic of three different ones I made. I used the DP from the SAB catalog. I made a total of nine. I think they are as cute as can be.
Also this week I joined a RSVP pen swap. Here are the two pens I made for the swap. I add a tag to the pens to label.

Recipe: (pen on left)
DP: pink flamingo (SU)
ribbon: turquoise ribbon (SU)
Recipe: (pen on right)
DP: paper from Hobby Lobby
Ribbon: pink ribbon from Michael's
To place the DP inside the pen, cut the paper to 2w x 31/4L. Roll it around the ink barrel and slide the paper and the ink pen back inside the holder and place the bottom back on your pen. Tie ribbon around the pen top. Now your pen is complete. This makes a great quick gift.
Hope everyone has a Happy Easter and I will see you soon! Remember to make something special for yourself!
Happy Stampin and Blessings til next time!

Hello Stampers,
Hope all is well since I posted on Tuesday. Hope you made something for yourself.
Today I have 3 cards to show you that I made for a swap that I hosted over on SCS.
Here is the first one, it can be used either for Wedding/Anniversary.
I got this bee image from a swap that I was in on SCS, and I think they are so cute.

This is the inside of the 2nd card...
This is the front... I just love this card.
This is a card that I made for the 6.42 card swap I am in on SCS. This is the first time I have every used the Riley stamps. I received this image of Riley from a swap that I was in on SCS and I just love it. I am going to put Happy Easter on the bottom right hand side of the card, however I have to borrow the Good Egg stamps set from my friend Wendy. I am so proud of this card and I really like the color combo.

I hope you have enjoyed this cards as much as I have enjoyed making them. I hope you all have a Great Sunday! and I will see you hopefully tomorrow with three corkboard hangers that I made for some friends.
